Overview
This campaign aims to promoting NCB self-serve channels, with the goal of reducing call centre and branch traffic. These channels comprise of: NCB's mobile app, online banking website, NCB Assist (Live Chat), managemycard.com, online card pinning, and ABMs.
The campaign seeks to achieve multiple objectives: increasing awareness of these channels, empowering customers to utilize them effectively, and ultimately minimizing the need for calls to the call centre and visits to branches.
